Hi (Merhaba) everyone! I'm Caner. I am a graphic designer living in Türkiye. I am a member of Wikimedia Community User Group Turkey, Wikimedians of Turkic Languages User Group, CEE Youth Group and Communications committee. I was awarded Media Contributor of the Year at Wikimania 2024, one of the Wikimedian of the Year awards.

About me

Graphic design is my biggest passion, but I am also interested in photography, language and cultural connections, youth programs and inter-community collaborations to advance “Free Knowledge”.

My work

I am an active patroller and interface administrator on the Turkish Wikipedia, and I work on Wikimedia projects to create visual branding for campaigns and events, run youth programs in local communities, and collaborate with inter-user communities and Wikimedians.

I am a member of Wikimedia Community User Group Turkey, Wikimedians of Turkic Languages User Group, CEE Hub Youth Group and Communications committee. I am also the founder president of Istanbul Bilgi University Wiki Student Club.
