Hello,
I just noticed at English Wiktionary that this range (that I've previously used) was blocked by an admin, Surjection, there. I think he's using CheckUser for fishing, since he never seems to post anything about this range at en:WT:RFCU. And why did all that range's recent edits get reverted? They weren't really disruptive-in fact, it appears to me that the initial rollbacks to en:discordar led to even more evasion by that account!
