I'm a native English speaker, and I've never heard ot the verb "to oath". If someone else agrees, please delete the entry "to oath" as a verb.

"To oath" does exist according to the dictionary, but it would be very rarely used and is probably archaic. Anyone wanting to use "oath" as a verb should probably be directed to: "to take an oath", "to take an oath to do something", "to swear to do something". I don't know the right way to annotate this entry to reflect that, but if someone more experienced wishes to do that .... (I'm the original "native English speaker". I have an account now.)
