@Nataraj : Wiktionary doesn’t tell you how you “should” spell it; it just tells how people actually spell it. According to Google Books, both spellings are accepted: [1]. Thank you for the information anyway. — TAKASUGI Shinji (d) 16 décembre 2016 à 15:41 (UTC)

@TAKASUGI Shinji :, yes, "should" is wrong word here. Both ways are acceptable. But written in lowercase is bit more correct if we are speaking about potato fried in oil, and not something fired that came from France. At least that I got from the English article that I've mentioned in the post above. So that is why I've changed French fries to french fries in this article. --Nataraj (discussion) 16 décembre 2016 à 15:50 (UTC)
